Refund & Return
At BharatYug, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be available
- Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Opened spiritual or personal-use items
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted sale items
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- Wrong item
- Damaged product
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
